Abstract :
This article discusses the creation of a supervisor to coordinate the operation of the energy production units connected to the interconnected power system. These production units are made up of Diesel power plants and hydroelectric power plants. We propose a supervisor system based on the artificial neural networks. In real-time, it provides the reference powers to the sources production according to the demand of electrical energy consumers. The results obtained, using the simulation, show that the supervisor’s performance is satisfactory. |

Abstract :
At this stage, medical data leaks are more and more frequent, and the consequences are getting more and more serious. The existing client-medical data server architecture is based on third-party services that store medical data. Medical data will be stored without the patient’s knowledge. Forward to other institutions or individuals. This article proposes a blockchain-based personal medical data protection scheme, which uses the characteristics of blockchain decentralization, tamper-proof, traceability, and transparency to enable medical staff, patients, and medical service providers to authorize and access patients Personal medical data can only be accessed after the patient's consent and authorization. The control of personal medical data is handed over to the patient and recorded on the blockchain. On this basis, the Ethereum platform is used to design a personal medical data management system, and smart contracts are written using the Solidity language to realize the protection of personal medical data. After the smart contract is deployed, the results of the call and the performance of the smart contract are tested 100 times and 1000 times. The experimental results verify its effectiveness and safety. |

Abstract :
in the sector of production management techniques, operation management is one of the most effective tools for production floor management decision-making. The application of techniques is favorable to the solution of several complex problems associated with assembly management, scheduling which would otherwise be more difficult to solve. Assembly Line Balancing technique is one of the most effective operating management strategies for solving workload related problems and increasing production system. A case study on the allocation of workload and the related problem of bottleneck was carried out at Original Confection Mada (OCM) Textile Company in Madagascar. The experimental results indicated a significant improvement in productivity and line efficiency compared to the existing methods. |

The safety style of a building is often a set of objectives together with aesthetics, value, and practicality. These competitive objectives typically have to be compelled to be balanced in an exceedingly manner that doesn't compromise the health and safety of these WHO work on or use the building or structure over its life.
