Title : Response Improvement of BLDC Motor Speed using Extreme Learning Machine Controller Authors : Cries Avian, Bambang Sujanarko, Bambang Sri Kaloko
Abstract :
BLDC motor is the most popular and most widely used in various industrial application or electric vehicle. The BLDC motor was chosen because it have advantages than other types of motor. Some of the advantages are high torque and high efficiency. In the BLDC motor researchs, the most popular is BLDC motor speed controller using intelligent system, but there is not research use Extreme Learning Machine (ELM). In this research will be discussed comparison Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) control and PID in the desired speed. Some parameters for the control system used to assess the performance of each controller. The results indicated that ELM has a better performance than PID in settling time and control system performance assessments. |

Title : Coconut Shell as Course Aggregate in Conventional Concrete Authors : Ravi Patil, Gunasheela P, Khamrulislam M Nalband, Mahesh Kumar S
Abstract :
The rising cost of construction material is a matter of concern. The reason for increase in cost is high demand of concrete and scarcity of raw material. Hence the concrete technologists must search for some economical alternative to the coarse aggregate. Here we make use of coconut shell as a partial substitute to coarse aggregate. In this study, M20 grade of concrete was produced by partially replacing Coarse Aggregate by coconut shell. Cubes were cast and their compressive strength and Split tensile strength were evaluated at 7, 28 and 56 days by replacing coarse aggregate by coconut shell at 10%,20%, and 30%. The compressive strength of concrete reduced as the percentage replacement increased. It can be replaced up to 20%. With the increase in the replacement of coconut shell the slump value increases, which lead to increase in workability. Its utilization is cost effective and eco-friendly. |

Title : Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction Authors : Adel Abduljalil Ghnedi
Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. The relationship studies show that there is a division of justice, a process of justice and mutual justice. The organization is a social system and is the most important factor in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources. Organizations need effective managers and employees to achieve their goals. Without their effort and dedication, an organization cannot succeed. Employee performance and job satisfaction are key variables that affect employee performance in an organization. |

Title : An Overview of Motivation Mechanisms in Mobile Crowd Sensing Networks Authors : Qianqian Wu, Hua Su
Abstract :
Mobile crowdsensing network is a new way to combine the perceptive data of the Internet of things. This way is efficient and simple. The reason is that everyone carries smart devices, such as mobile phones and watches, with him or her in daily life. And mobile crowdsensing network uses these terminals to obtain data, which saves the cost and does not need to build additional infrastructure. But the process of perceiving data emphasizes the importance of people. With the development and progress of the society, mobile crowdsensing network has also been developed, but also faces many challenges. The number of participants is insufficient, that is, if there are not enough participants to participate in the task, a large amount of data cannot be obtained. Therefore, the incentive problem of participants needs to be solved urgently. Participants' privacy is also in urgent need of protection. The location of participants is easy to be disclosed, and attackers can obtain participants' information through the information perceived by participants. In this way, the accuracy of data cannot be guaranteed. We discussed the motivation of participants from the aspects of participants' privacy protection and energy consumption reduction with participants as the center and platform as the center respectively. Provide valuable reference for relevant personnel. |

Title : A Survey of RNA Structure Prediction Algorithms Authors : Wenyan Jiang
Abstract :
RNA plays an irreplaceable role in life activities. It not only participates in the expression of genes, but also plays an important role in various life activities. Therefore, it is the current research direction to predict RNA structure through RNA sequence information and to understand RNA function. Nowadays, predicting that RNA structures are maturing. The prediction of current RNA structure is mainly divided into the two level structure and tertiary structure. The prediction of two level structure mainly uses sequence similarity method and minimum free energy method. Predicting tertiary structure mainly uses molecular dynamics simulation. At present, the prediction of secondary structure has reached maturity, but the tertiary structure can only predict short sequences, so further research on tertiary structure is needed. This paper mainly introduces various methods |

Title : Cross Listing and Value Creation: A Dis-Aggregative Study in Indian Context Authors : Harshita Gupta
Abstract :
The study has examined abnormal returns and their plausible determinants for 146 instances of international cross listing done by Indian companies from 1997-2019, where firms have been segregated on the basis of age, size of total assets and industry. No significant results have been obtained for industry classification. On the basis of age, only growth companies have shown positive returns, expansion and mature companies have registered losses for shareholders. With respect to size of assets, large size companies have witnessed greater losses than smaller ones. |

Title : Feasibility Study of Metro Rail Project in Coimbatore City Authors : R. Hemavathi, M. Meenakshi
Abstract :
In India, atmospheric pollution and urban ecosystem are the serious impact due to public transport. Transportation plays a major role in developing country. Traffic congestion, higher fuel consumption and pollution are caused due to improved transportation. So metro rail has to be introduced will overcome these problems. The implementation of metro, traffic congestion has been reduced and pollution also reduced because it is operated with electricity. The current population of Coimbatore is 1.6 million and by 2025 the population is increased up to 1.9 million. Due to drastic change in population the bus transport system for his huge population is very difficult and very expensive. So the implementation of metro rail in Coimbatore city will be the solution of these problems and this the ultimate aim of the project. |

Title : Optical Limiting Behavior of Congo red Dye Under CW Laser Authors : Hussan Ali Badran, Allya J. Jerry
Abstract :
The optical limiting properties for solution of Congo red dye in the solvent Dimathyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is reported. Experiments are performed using the diode laser beam at 532 nm wavelength and 40mW power. Measurements were performed using two continuous wave (CW) laser beams. The effects of concentration of the sample on the optical limiting properties have been investigated. The optical limiting behavior is investigated by measuring the transmission of the samples. A mechanism for the optical limiting is given. |
