Title : Brand Attachment: Affecting Factors and Consequences Authors : Mohammad Javad Taghipourian, Mahsa Mashayekh Bakhsh
Abstract :
Brand attachment is a deep emotional connection between consumer and brand and is a central part of successful brand management. The establishment of such an emotional connection between the consumer and the brand is among firms’ goals as stronger bonds result in more promising results such as loyalty and reaching the highest price. Brands, as intangible assets of firms, play a vital role. In this regard, brands are considered as the link between consumer and firm. It is possible attached and involved in brands. A brand could be one of the most valuable assets of a company. The present study is carried out under the title of “Brand attachment”. The goal of the study is to investigate this construct. To this end, besides elaborating on brand attachment and its dimensions, we try to analyze the factors that have influence on brand attachment and the ones that are influenced by it. Further, a conceptual model of brand attachment will be proposed. |

Title : The Role of Consumer Behavior in the Reference of Recent Trend of Market in India Authors : Naveen Rai
Abstract :
Consumers have so many choices to make compared to ten or even twenty years ago. Today as always, business growth depends heavily on loyal customers who return because they are satisfied with the product and/or service they have received. But first companies have to bring consumers into the stores. The companies bring consumers into the store by marketing their product. The average consumer would probably define marketing as a combination of advertising and selling. It actually includes a good deal more. Modern marketing is most simply defined as directing the flow of goods from producers to customers. In order to answer this question fully we must define consumer goods which means goods that are used or bought for use primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. The essay outlines the contributions of marketing through fast moving consumer goods. |

Title : Data Encoding Over Voice Authors : Shashank T S
Abstract :
There are various communication protocols that are used in data communication. In this paper a distictive method of communication is used. It is transmitting data over Voice. For example a cell phone user might be deprived of internet and needs to transmit data ,or recieve data but only phone calls can be made. In this method the data is transmitted over the phone call. Basically the carrier would be the voice traffic between the caller and the calling agent. The method used for transmission of data used would be Dual Tone Modulated Frequency. The transmitted data can be retrieved either by a Software Application installed on the phone or either by connecting external hardware to the phone. For instance there are many villages which do not have internet access and this is a useful method that can be helpful in transmitting data. The external hardware decoding circuit will be connected to the phone’s audio jack. Advantage is that any phone can be used for this. And also there are some places where there are is not internet access this method not only fosters communication but also can be useful in transmitting photos and music over voice, One major application would be in providing authentication for a particular user.(the user will have to call a certain number and the auth code will be sent via the phone to unlock a particular feature. |

Title : A Novel Design of DC Voltage Controller and Asymmetric Twin Converter Topology based D-STATCOM used for Induction Drive Application Authors : Gamasu.Ramesh, G.Kaladhar, S.V.D Anil Kumar
Abstract :
Power Electronics (PE) converter technology is a very efficient alternative for medium-voltage and high-power applications and also for other applications where high-quality voltages and currents are required. The main concern of consumers is the quality and reliability of power supplies at various load centers where they are located at .Even though the power generation in most well developed countries is fairly reliable. The controller can balance individual dc capacitor voltages when H-bridges run with different switching patterns and have parameter variations. It has two advantages: 1) the controller can work well in all operation modes (the capacitive mode, the inductive mode, and the standby mode) and 2) the impact of the individual dc voltage controller on the voltage quality is small. This paper suggests further improvements in this topology. A three-phase cascaded H-bridge inverter his control method uses a discrete-time model of the system to predict the future value of the current for all voltage vectors, and selects the vector which minimizes a cost function. In order to improve the performance, a phase-shifted carrier based pulse width modulation technique is used. A mathematical model of the system is derived, based on which a controller for the scheme is designed. The effectiveness of the scheme is verified through detailed simulation study using Matlab/Simulink. |

Title : Diversity and structure of zooplankton community of the Comoe River in relation with environmental factors (Comoe National Park, Cote dIvoire) Authors :
Abstract :
The zooplankton of the Comoe River in Comoé National Park (Côte dIvoire, West Africa) was studied for the first time. Composition and distribution of zooplankton species were recorded at thirteen sampling stations. A total of 20 taxa belonging to 13 genera, 11 families and 4 taxonomic groups (Copepoda, Cladocera, Rotifera and other) were identified. Cladocera and Rotifera, with 40% and 35% respectively of taxonomic richness, dominate qualitatively the zooplankton community with eight and seven species. Daphnidae and Brachionidae constitute the most diverse families (3 species each), following by Cyclopidae, Chydoridae and Trichocercidae (2 species each). Copepoda was the most abundant group (58% of the total number of specimens). Four taxa dominated quantitatively zooplankton community [Thermocyclops decipiens (33%), Asplanchna brightwelli (20%), Moina micrua (12%) and copepod nauplii (21%)] and accounted for 86% of total zooplankton abundance. Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) used to test relationships between environmental factors and zooplankton species showed that dissolved oxygen concentration, transparency, flow velocity and trophic level (considered through nitrate concentration) appeared as the main environmental factors controlling zooplankton composition, distribution and structure in the Comoé River (Comoé National Park). |
